Wedding Cake Course at SCOLA

Learners in SCOLA were taught how to stack and decorate wedding cakes using microdots, filigree patterns, candy stripes, drapes and swags, they also learned how to make Cymbidium and Cattleya orchids.  Most of the learners had never ever made wedding cakes before so the results were very impressive.  There were some big personalities in the class match equally with their talent.  Many are now going on to start their own business ventures.
