Over that last 2 months students have been learning in my classroom how to airbrush cakes incorporating a number of methods including the use of stencilling, free-hand patterns, modelling, creating wired sugar flowers and airbrushing them afterwards and underwater scenes. The aim of the course was to develop confidence and creativity and of course have some fun along the way. None of the learners knew how to use an airbrush before the commencement of the course
Below are a number of pictures of the students and the course at various stages.
