Christmas Cheer is Here again!!!

It's that time of the year again where the students really show off their talents.  This time I've decided to mix it up a bit, the pictures are in no specific order, my learners are from various classes/colleges at various stages of their cake decorating lives.  The learners hail from areas of London and the south east including, SCOLA (Sutton College of Learning Adults), CALAT (Croydon Adult Learners & Training) and CEL (Community Education Lewisham).  As is the norm, they are all at various levels and abilities and we all had fun producing work.  You know the drill by now... it's Patchwork Cutters, modelling, piping and general decorating and.....Something new!!!! working with pastillage done by the Lewisham students making 'realistic' plates and food out of icing.
